“This Thing Called Life” is the second single from the new acoustic album – Acoustic Hymns Vol. 1 by Richard Ashcroft, (formerly of The Verve). It was co-directed by Ashcroft and his wife Kate Radley and filmed at the Olympic Cinema and Richmond Theatre.

Just got my copy of this wonderful album Femina Australis by Maryen Cairns , produced by Chris Kimsey (Rolling Stones) . Great record , lovely package includes a booklet with the stories of the twelve women featured in the songs. Very proud to have played the bass on this, Ashley Soan on drums , Red Young keys , plus a cast of many more.
