“She Don’t Care” – This track Chris Kimsey has arranged and produced… now sounds so James Taylor meets Burt Bacharach it’s uncanny !! Chris has really conjured some magic!! I’m genuinely blown away by what he’s brought to the table … what a top top producer brings to the party !!

Just got my copy of this wonderful album Femina Australis by Maryen Cairns , produced by Chris Kimsey (Rolling Stones) . Great record , lovely package includes a booklet with the stories of the twelve women featured in the songs. Very proud to have played the bass on this, Ashley Soan on drums , Red Young keys , plus a cast of many more.

Dear Chris thank you for sharing the love 🙂 having you Engineering and co-producing this album (Sketches of Africa) it has been a blessing. I treasure the time we spent together recording…a very creative and learning process for me …and lots of fun too! See you soon master.
